Langley wir kommen!
Ich schreibe diese Zeilen vom Laptop meines guten Freundes Carsten Brück aus. In diesem Moment bringt uns eine schwarze Mercedes-Limousine zum Frankfurter Flughafen, wo bereits ein Flugzeug nach Langley, Virginia auf uns wartet.
Wieso das ganze? Nun, vor nicht einmal 1 Stunde erhielt ich einen Anruf von meinem alten Freund Billy Bellisario. Billy ist Assistant-Bassist der Band Green Day, die wohl jedem, der wenigstens einen Funken Musiksachverstand und Geschmack besitzt, bekannt sein sollte. Er berichtete mir von einem Telefonat, das er vor wenigen Minuten mit Carsten geführt hatte und lud uns beide nach Langley, Virginia ein, wo wir ein paar Tage zusammen mit der Band verbringen sollten. Auch Dan Marino, seines Zeichens 2. Gitarrist, und Dick Stream, Background-Schlagzeuger, sollen dort sein und für Fragen unsererseits zur Verfügung stehen. Wenn ihr also irgendwas von diesen tollen Musikern erfahren wollt dann teilt es mir unverzüglich mit, damit ich sofort nachfragen kann.
In den nächsten Tagen erfolgen weitere Berichte aus dem Land der unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten. Sofern wir nicht einem feigen Anschlag von Blink 182 zum Opfer fallen sollten, werden Carsten und ich euch weiter auf dem laufenden halten.
